Terminal Balmet 9960

I recently purchased the above Terminal and up to last week have watched with no problem the English channels free to air. However certain of the channels have moved their transponder and during changing this I made an error which deleted all the channels. I have read the responses on this forum but I am unable to get back to the main menu to make the adjustments suggested. I believe the criteria for receiving the channels are correct as I get strong signal and quality readings during scanning but the reception of the channels is not registered/recorded. What am I not doing?

I have unplugged the terminal waited for 10 minutes and reconnected but this does not help.

I am sorry that I have been unable to put this in French as my ability to write good French is limited.

Could somebody please help?

Do you receive french TV channels like TF1 , M6 , France 2?
Your dish receive the satellites Astra 1 and Astra 2?
Do you have a Diseqc switch?

Merci pour votre reponse. Oui j'ai recu le chaines francais si je insert la carte; Oui la parabole est set au Astra 28.2 est; Oui j'ai cette 'switch'

When you push on the MENU touch of the balmet remote control , what are you see on the TV screen?
