J'ai un probleme avec l'epg sur mon decodeur. Qunad j'ai regardé la chaine w9, les info sur l'epg a dissparu. J'ai rédémarrer le decodeur et j'ai fait un recherce des chaines, mais il reste sans info sur w9. Est-ce que normale? Pardon si les francais est nul, j'suis anglais et J'apprends français
In case anyone here understands English, I'll write it in english as well because i'm not sure that what I've written in french makes sense! My programme guide on my satellite box froze yesterday on w9, it was working fine one minute and then when I turned it off and went back later the programme info had not refreshed, but I think all other channels worked fine. I wanted to know what it was that I was watching, so I turned of the box and unplugged it, waited for a mminute, and then plugged it back in, which I had to do twice because the first time the time didn't update. I also did a re-tune but it still didn't work, so I then went into the channel list this morning (as w9 still didn;t have any info) to see if there was a problem with w9 or if I could delete it and then put it back in, but instead I found a pre-programmed channel that didn't show anything called EPG. I went on and it was just tf1, but when I went back to w9, the info worked. Do you think the EPG channel updated it, and it was just a minor error, or is this not a common error? (The reason I didn't put about the EPG channel in the french was because I don't know how to express that!)
