de passage à Tunis en début de semaine, j'ai pu capter le multiplex national sur 2 blocs, les 10D et 12C.
il semble qu'il soit aussi émis sur 2 autres blocs dans le pays, 12A et 12D, mais non reçus là où j'étais.
nulle part je n'ai pu trouver où se situaient les émetteurs, à part sur fmlist.org.
à voir les diagrammes CIR (channel impulse response) de QIRX, il n'y aurait qu'un seul émetteur par bloc et donc pas de SFN.

ce sont les mêmes radios et slideshows présents sur les deux fréquences.
le multiplex a le même EID : 0x7875 et le même nom de multiplex : ONT.
le 12C a le TII 12-2
le 10D a le TII 11-1
l'extended country code est E2, conforme à ce qu'on trouve dans ce post
18 services sont émis dans ce multiplex, tous sur 48 CU, occupant 64kbps brut chacun (en France c'est 88 kbps brut).
48 x 18 = 864, le compte y est !
En France on a 13 x 66 = 858, il en manque 6 inutilisés donc perte de rendement et de qualité de diffusion audio.
aucun service n'a de donnée DSL (data texte)
certains services n'ont pas de slideshow, d'autres en ont 2 qui tournent en boucle (dont un commun à presque toutes les radios ayant les slideshows).
Un service n'a qu'un seul slide show permanent revenant en boucle.
les radios sont toutes diffusées en mono.
le taux de protection d'erreur est EEP 3-A (FEC: 1/2), comme en France.
A noter que sur le service RadioMed, lorsque le slideshow est diffusé, on a une énorme réduction du débit audio qui passe de 57,9 kbps net à 39,8 kbps net. C'est assez impressionnant la diminution du débit lié au slideshow !!! C'est sur une période assez courte mais c'est d'autant plus génant et revient souvent (je n'ai pas vérifié si ça s'entendait à l'écoute)
sur les autres services diffusant des slideshows, la réduction du débit est plus faible. On passe de 57,9kbps net à 51,4 kbps net, mais la diminution de débit n'est pas optimisée, elle pourrait être moindre si le slide show était diffusé en permanence.
pour les services sans slideshow, on reste tout le temps à 57,9 kbps net.
j'ai récupéré un enregistrement FIC et je l'ai chargé sur ce site, rien de spécial, pas d'info FIG 0/6, 0/21 ou 0/24.
quelques infos intéressantes complémentaires:
- je n'ai pas pu écouter l'audio du service DIWAN avec DABplayer, j'avais un crash toutes les secondes environ (mais ne faisant pas planter DABplayer)
- les services ID vont de 0x7201 à 0x7213 (sans le 0x7203), mais après, on a 0xB, 0xC, 0xD, 0x10, 0x11 et 0x12. Bizarre. ca ne respecte pas le standard EBU car ils devraient tous être de la forme 0x7xxx comme décrit dans ce même post.

j'ai enregistré un fichier Raw (bande de base d'une minute environ) avec DABplayer, pour ceux que ça intéresse (il peut être rejoué avec QIRX ou QT-DAB). J'ai aussi gardé des fichiers .fic en souvenir.
