Hello, first of all i'm really sorry for writting this in English but I don't understand French.

I would need some help from a French person who has a Satellite + Fransat on Eutelsat 5 West B.

I will be getting a Fransat Subscribtion and a RMC Sport Subscribtion for my satellite.

My question is:

Does the Satellite have any Delay compared to Real-Time action shown on TV? For example, will satellite be behind Livescore Tracker? Or will it be ahead?

Do you now the Panasonic 4K sets with UK version, normally for FREESAT on 28 ° East, position( UK country, with this position, and DVB-T2 search channel in DVB-T2 H 264 AVC perhaps DVB-T2 H 265 HEVC ). Ireland country, there is not DVB-T2 Search valid on the software of this TV.

I receive Panasonic UK newsletter to my Mail, the last TV set I seen have DVB-S2 IDTV Tuner, and DVB-T2 IDTV tuner, and CI+ interface complies with 1,4 protocole.

If i memorise a FRANSAT transponder on this tv( UK version), the frequency is stored.

FRANSAT CAM use 1,3 protocole. CI+ 1, 4 protocole on Panasonic TV, is compatible with 1,3 protocole, normally, the FRANSAT CARD and FRANSAT CAM CI+ and FRANSAT descrambling must be allowed by CI+ 1, 4 from Panasonic TV UK Version.

The First preset of this tv are tuned to 28 ° East position( ASTRA 2 and Eurobird ), for FREESAT channels( HD and SD ), and i may manually tunning the DVB-S2 IDTV tuner on Eutelsat 5° West.

Others preset of this tuner are tuned to HOT BIRD 13 ° East for Swiss Broadcasts( the tv is used at CELIGNY, near Geneva), and KABELIO( Swiss Package on Hot bird for Swiss areas with not cable network, Celigny has not cable net work ), Celigny is abord Geneva Lake( Lac de Genève ou Lac LEMAN ).

The TV come directly from UK. With CI + 1,4 protocole. It may receive the new DTT SWOX UHF Channel 34 in DVB-T2 by la Dole Transmitter.

And manually may be tuned on Eutelsat 5° West transponders, FTA and scrambled FRANSAT.


In Celigny, people wants to receive:

-FREESAT Broadcasts
-KABELIO Broadcasts( CH )
-FRANSAT Broadcasts ( F )
I have seen the owner's manual and technichal specs in PDF downloaded in my HDD PC Computer.

Avec le numérique ce n'est pas le retard de l'aller/retour satellite qui est le plus important (environ 1/4 de seconde), c'est la compression/décompression qui peut atteindre plusieurs secondes.

Hello guys, today i got Satellite and i'm connected to RMC Sport 1 via Eutelsat 5 West B on Frasat Card.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get Bein Sports 1 via Fransat?
