J'ai testé la nova T PCI avec Powercinéma 4 et la le résultat est pas terrible: Saccade en visionnage de la Tv (il demande un proc de 2,4GHz au mini (j'ai un sempron 3100 d'où le problème).
Bref je reste avec winfast

Bonjour à tous,
Je viens d'acquérir une Win Nova T USB2 et je l'ai installée depuis dimanche dernier.
Evidemment, je me pose qqs questions, et je me dis que si je veux y trouver une réponse, c'est ici qu'il faut que je demande.
Tout d'abord, l'installation n'a pas posé de pb majeur. Quelques ratés dans la recherche des chaînes, mais rien de bien méchant, et depuis dimanche donc, ça fonctionne plutôt pas mal.
J'ai lu sur ce topic que le logiciel founi (Win TV) était considéré comme "instable", avec différents exemples de cette instabilité.
J'ai pu moi aussi constater une certaine "sensibilité" de la chose, et ce de deux manières : il arrive que Win TV refuse de se lancer lorsque mon PC est déjà allumé et que je fais autre chose depuis qqs temps. Je solutionne jusqu'à présent le pb en éteignant et rallumant mon ordi, ce qui permet à Win TV et/ou à la télécommande de se réinitialiser (c'est pas très grave, mais bon ...).
Deuxième pb : lorsque je bouge le curseur de ma sourie, il arrive parfois que Win TV passe en mode pause sans que je ne lui ai rien demandé (juste en bougeant la sourie). Dans ces cas là, j'attends que le sablier disparaisse et je clique sur TV, ce qui arrête le Mode Pause. Plus tard, je dois aller dans mon répertoire vidéo pour supprimer le fichier qui s'est ainsi créé sans mon accord. Là non plus, c'est pas très grave, mais bon ...
Ce sont les deux seuls "symptomes" d'instabilité que j'ai pu constater jusqu'à maintenant.
Question : ai-je intérêt à procéder à la mise à jour de Win TV ? J'ai vu sur le site Hauppauge qu'on en est à la version 2.5 et j'ai eu ma carte avec la version 2.1. Est ce que cela pourrait régler ces qqs pbs d'instabilité ?
A part cela, le fonctionnement très simple du programme me convient et je me pose la question de savoir s'il est bien utile pour moi d'installer un Média center, je pense en particulier à Media Portal, dont on dit semble-t-il beaucoup de bien par ici. J'ai lu que celui ci permettait entre autre d'enregistrer dans des formats différents, ce qui n'est pas le cas de Win TV, mais j'ai aussi vu que ça demandait pas mal de temps à paramétrer et que ça bouffait pas mal de mémoire vive. De plus, je veux pas vraiment installer une de ces "usines à gaz" comme il en existe tant.
Question 2 : d'après vous, ai-je quand même intérêt à installer Media Portal ?
Dans les deux cas, serait-il possible que quelqu'un me fasse un petit topo de l'ordre dans lequel les choses doivent se faire (ce qu'il faut désinstaller, ce qu'il faut ensuite installer, etc)
Pour info, j'ai un pC avec 512 Mo de mémoire vive et un processeur Sempron 3000 +

WinTV2000 est vraiment limite comme programme, tu devrais passer à Winfast DTV, qui est plus souple (à mon avis)

Si je peux te donner un conseil, c'est de ne pas reflechir....tu fonces installer Winfast DTV!!! Depuis que j'ai installe ce soft j'ai vire tous les autres (Wintv2000,Mediaportal,powercinema,showshifter.....)tu installes juste les driver de la carte et DTV.

ça fait 1 mois que j'ai totalement adopté winfast avec mon nova-t pci (je
savais meme plus que mon wintv ne marchait plus car ajourd'hui en voulant
le lancé il ne reconnait plus la carte et pourtant winfast la voit).
Le probleme c'est ni le teletext ni le sous-titrage ne marche (F7, si c'est bien cette touche). Pour les avoir il m'a fallu utiliser powercinema que je viens de desinstaller alors s'il aurai une possibilité d'avoir les sous-titres avec winfast ça serait cool. Ni la 2.0.1.68 ni la 2.0.1.71 beta ne le permet chez moi
